I think this article is excellently written and I agree with all of it. Africans needs tools and they can work in partnership with the west to get the tools they need, that will make them self reliant. The time has come for the right tools to be given to Africans, Education, Microfinance , trainings etc.. are the tools that we need, We must not waste time anymore in thinking or being cynical.
