Knowing that many other mother's who are raising their families in developing countries with as much loves as we do our own but without access to life saving medicines and opportunities for themselves and their own children is unacceptable. Thank you Rep. McCollum for your leadership in introducing the the Newborn, Child, and Mother Survival Act. And a very Happy Mother's Day to you from Minnesota.
