I truly believe that President Obama has the best interest of all children at heart not just our children. He has to be fair in every decision that he makes. Because he is constantly watched and critizied by alot of people that didn't want to see him become president. I feel that on the topics of intergration and interdependence that President Obama will always be fair and unbiased and do what's best for the children all over the world. President Obama was elected partly because he stood for the people and for change and that's what the people wanted and that's what we got so now we just need to let the man do his job the job that he was chosen to do. I also feel that President Obama has a geniune heart and is
very sincere and means well by all people. That he's proven.

It seems we forget that some of us are a pay check or two away from being considered poor. Poverty does not discriminate! The homeless are no less hard working than that of a successful company executive. Although the media does not report it, the recently homeless population is ever increasing and unless we take personal responsibility for the condition of our individual finances, there is nothing the government can do. We lament about the amount of money the government is spending; yet, were it not for individual reckless spending, entering into homeowner contracts where it is financially difficult to retain the home, there would be no need for “big government”! We should not hold government to a higher fiscally responsible standard than ourselves.

G20 AND PRESIDENT OBAMA
President Obama call given to G20 Summit 2009 for a need to reform failed regulatory systems is a historic one.As advocated by him "bubble and bust economy" and protectionism should be rejected by all governments of the world by adopting strigent and effective regulatory systems to create a better world.
Protectionism make the people idle and they stop contributing to production as well as productive of resources. Their minds become idle which is filled up with evil ideas more destructive in nature. Every citizen must according to his potential and capability must work constructively to sustain themselves and to contribute to society. Political players must understand this and not play the sentiments of people to the cocept of "free protectionism" to come to power with vested interest, which ultimately ruin the country's economy. The competition between political parties to maximise protectionism;even free supply of food and other basic needs fool the people and bring downturn to country's economy and social fabric increasing violence.
Revival of world economy will be expedited with the vision of president Obama.Within a short period, his his strong and humanitarian leadership is recognized through out the world. The word "Obama" has become a household name in almost every family of the world.
His vision, besides quick recovery from global economy meltdown is also dedicated to fight and finish terrorism. Because in a world of terror no kind of ecnomy and regulatory measures can work to benefit people. My IDEA to dual problem of economic meltdown and terror can be solved quickly if President Obama announce a policy of holistic concept of convergence od Development and Peace. All sectors of development must based on the cutting edge of objective and sustainable peace. He should make Peace Education mandatory from play school to highest level of education. Peace education should be from womb to tomb, where the violence/terror can not raise its ugly head. President Obama's such announcement will inspire all other world leaders to adopt such vision which will undoubtedly promote sustainable, peaceful and prosperous countries/world.
Obama also advocated for a nuclear weapon free world. When countries/world are facing extreme poverty, global warming, climate change, inequity and discrimination etc;why investment should be diverted to produce destructive nuclear weapons instead of utilising the funds to satisfy the basic needs of world citizens?
ONLY OBAMA CAN BRING ABOUT THIS MIRRACLE OF CHANGE AS IN HUMAN HISTORY, VERY RARELY SUCH LEADERS EMERGE TO SAVE THE HUMANITY.

I would like to comment in Obama’s words “We are protecting those who don’t always have a voice at the G-20, but who have suffered greatly in this crisis. The United States is ready to lead in this endeavor.”

Me, as a citizen of a Latin-American country, can say that the U.S., and the politicians of the (military) powerful countries have been using these labels, in this case would be “leadership”, to impose their rules in the poorest countries as the U.S. have been doing during decades with us, imposing our governments to their convenience - historically, the world most known are Chile, Panama, Nicaragua, Argentina - with the cost of thousands of lives. So, if somebody asks me if we as a Latin-American need U.S. leadership, my answer es, NO, we don’t need it, thanks, we can lead our selves.

Latin-America, as the other poor countries in the rest of the world, don’t need “First world” companies to come and put their factories in our countries to give more work to the poor (badly payed to keep them poor) and more goods to the rich. We need help to develop our own countries.

It looks like Mr. Obama is a person who wouldn’t follow these patterns, but as all of the U.S. presidents have done it he past, I have a big doubt he will change the path.

Regardless what was mentioned in last paragraph, I would say to Mr. Obama,
- We don’t want you “to lead” an “endeavor”, you are already leading a big, the most influential and military, the most powerful country in the world, we want real HELP with the change of your country’s local economic policies to stop swindling people from non-developed countries and their economies; we want action inside your country. We don’t want Mc.Donalds, Burger King, Nike, Levis, Chrysler, GMC, Shell, Texaco or IBM factories in our countries, neither charity, we need help to make OUR OWN Food, Shoes, clothes, local transportation, energy and technology for education, health and development for everybody in every remote place of our countries, and the money generated stay in the local countries (in the communities) and not in the already rich countries. We don’t want the focus of your economy in making money out of taking our goods and people’s hard work with low salaries for you to make new mobile phones, powerful cars or computers, fashionable clothing and more for your rich citizens, we want (to make it clear) help to make OUR OWN Food, Shoes, clothes, local transportation, energy and technology for education, health and development for everybody in every remote place of our countries, and the money generated stay in the local countries (in the communities) and not in the already rich countries.

Can the G20 do this?

I hope Mr. Obama’s answer is “Yes, we can”

I am very happy that Barrack Obama is our president. I believe he will help the people of this world more
than most people in history.

What economists doesn't agree upon is that politics are also important. Trying to get a balance between the feelings of the people and the trust as a consequence of the efforts from our leaders (politicians and economists) is the right thing to do!
Like always time helps in between when we make the correct decisions. Otherwise circumstances will take control and find a solution no matter the pain and cost. Something like what Nature is doing as a reaction of our indifference towards environmental care.

'......part of that effectiveness involves providing Americans insight into how their self-interest is tied up with yours. '

I would like the insight of which he speaks to not refer to arming or training military insurgencies in the style of the puppet masters of yore. Naive, I know, but viva la evoloution.
