With a determination to utilize the diplomacy and development tools [which have always been there but passed over for the blunt instruments in the FP toolbox for too long], the ship of US foreign policy might be turned around toward what I hope will eventually be more peaceful, and fruitful waters out in the open sea of interdependent world citizens and nations.
