May be if we get more of the small towns around Colorado Springs (Palmer Lake, Security, Widefield, Black Forest) involved as Cities of ONE, Colorado Springs may change their mind and come along!.   Thanks so much to Stephanie Kostendt and Alex Swanson for their time and efforts.</description>
