Dear ONE friends,
While being a ONE member from the very beginning, I have learned so much about the world through this campaign. The effect it had on me opened my eyes to the many fronts we must take care of, the needs of Africa are so widespread that we actually do have to come together as ONE planet to meet the actions needed there. In America, there are also mounting needs that also require immediate attention, and we can do this in an equal fashion, at the same time.
We are the ONE generation that is facing a worldwide storm of issues from farming, housing, education, HIV/AIDS to the mass extinction of plants and animals. Innocent animals, such as the Canadian baby seals, slaughtered every year, to killing millions of sharks just for their fins, the stories are endless, and the action to stop it, must be true.
We are so fortunate that at this moment of crisis, America has elected an individual of high moral convictions, who does see the world as ONE, and come January 20th will bring the world together. One of Mr. and Mrs Obama’s greatest gifts, is their ability to listen, and take action with the highest order of integrity.
In closing, we each can do our part to make a difference. I have chosen to support Mr. and Mrs. Obama, ONE and the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, who are, right now at sea fighting the greedy Japanese, saving the lives of 1,000 whales for our children’s future. You may have seen their hit show on Animal Planet entitled, WHALE WARS.
If you feel so inclined, please cast a vote for them here:

To Bono and U2, you have been feeding me with your strength for decades now.
Thank you,
