Nothing to do with advising in ecclesiastical matters, Steve B - just helping to provide materials to interested individuals interested in supporting ONE. You can choose to take them, make your own, or not support the cause at all - the materials are just there as a guide. I have personally found nothing wrong with the materials - the ones for my religion (Hinduism - ONE Seva) were primarily focused on bringing attention to scriptural references to the need for us to give in selfless service. Nothing wrong with that picture, at least to me.

-- "ONE Sabbath provides participants and congregations with tools to speak out and take action within their own faith traditions. Whether it’s in a small study group, a letter to a politician, a sermon, a gift to charity, a community event or a conversation with a neighbor, ONE Sabbath participants help raise awareness and inspire healing and hope for those who need it most. ONE is providing key materials on our website for ONE Sabbath." --

Wow! That's a bit spooky! Let me get this straight. An advocacy group (One.org), is going to advise in ecclesiastical matters now? Lots of cookie jars for One.org!!

Folks, if Almighty God wants to provide through One.org, I would be shocked if he would have your "sermon" used. Everything that comes off of this site is propaganda based on a couple different forms of logical fallacy.

Which is better:

A) A church gives funds to One.org

or

B) A church does as Almighty God directs with the church coffers or other resources? (Time included)

Either way, both parties are responsible to the Almighty. If the church is fooled, both the thief and the church are held accountable. If the church is not fooled, then only the thief is held accountable.
