FRB assist persons in Missouri to understand that people around the world want a hands up not a hand out. Persons in Missouri through this program began to see themselves as a part of a world food chain. I so hope that the Lugar Casey bill will go through even though we are in financial stress of great proportions. Thanks for your good work. How about getting Healthcare under control here first?... How about stemming poverty in the United States first?... Who's going to come to the aid of America once our society "implodes"; which it's on the very edge of ecomomically, politically, resource-wise, healthcare-wise, employment-wise, illegal-immigration/iinvasion-wise, militarily, and so on.
