I have run into bias, racism and the like. I am happy and continue to forge ahead. I am looking to help my son move beyond my accomplishments. I want him to know the american and black american struggle.......and I want him to appreciate how far we have as a country and a people have gotten. I am looking for him to start public service before he ventures on his own individual quest. I need people and organizations like Senator First and One to shine the light on public service. Public service and this type of awareness is critical for building that future for our children, Senator First's childiern and the world's children. Please continue and get more of this in the public spotlight. I am an african american professional.. i have made excellent career advancement in my lifetime.
