It is an article which I will use in helping others (including my Senators) of the IMPORTANCE OF THE RE-AUTHORIZATION OF PEPFAR for Africa's People. Personally, I didn't see this one coming (the Coburn Seven). I had thought that PEPFAR was recognized by Congress as one of the few successful & popular U.S. programs that are actually improving the image of the USA around the world and thus a program that Congress should strengthen - not diminish. Just goes to show all of us in ONE that though we may be in their world (U.S. Congress), we must realize that we can not be of their world. We must always be wary of a fickle friend.
