My name is Ian Krop and am a Programmes Coordinator of O-YES (Organization of Youth Empowerment and Solidarity) an NGO in Kenya. O-YES is involved in empowering young people in Kenya by training them on essential skills of life e.g. Communication skills, Writing skills, Science of Job, Work of Life, Interpersonal skills e.t.c. We also have a programme for empowering young people which is Youth Empowerment and Capacity building. Here look for attachments for young people who are at college, university levels so that they get to become interns and learn the necessities of the job market. In this, it will prepare them for the job market. We want our members to become Job creators and not Job seekers. I would love to partner with The Millennium Campus Network in addressing issues of Poverty in Kenya.
