		<description>I hope the administration can follow through on its proposal to rely on local food sources, and be able to buck the American food lobby (which the congress was unable to do in the Farm bill), because that is an excellent idea and one that experts in Africa are recommending.

Really, I don't understand why American farmers are insisting they keep dumping their product on poor African countries, when there is such a huge unmet demand for food now around the world. Even food exporters in Asia are now halting all exports and keeping as much food as they can grow. So can't American farmers make enough money by selling their products in world markets?? If anyone can explain this, please do...</description>
