I must remind everyONE in this discussion that TASO is an INDIGENOUS Ugandan organization - not a worldwide ngo. It can NOT go into other countries to set up branches to help others with their needs as it does not have the funding to completely take care of the need for its assistance in Uganda. I encourage others around the world to take a look at the very successful TASO model to build an indidgenous response to the AIDS crisis in your countries but please do not think that they can do much more than morally support your efforts. I wish you all well in your endeavors to meet the needs of the people of your countries.
