		<description>I&#039;ve looked around the site briefly. I have to ask and maybe its already been addressed somewhere but...what about America? Have you seen the poverty level in some of our southern states? that still exists in New Orleans?  Did you see  the special where a Dr. who usually works outside of the U.S. opened up an emergency triage here in the U.S. and had to turn away thousands of people who just needed some simple medical care but had no insurance. Both heads of household were working but didn&#039;t have any medical coverage...what about people here? I believe in your cause and it must be undertaken...but people are suffering right here at home and I&#039;m inclined to help them first. Please help those right here at home. They need you too.
