Brownback Braves Snow, Wears Band

The snow banks are piled high but that did not stop presidential hopeful
Senator Brownback from coming to New Hampshire to meet with some
activists and religious leaders.

I saw the senator in the parking lot of a local restaurant in Manchester
today and thanked him for all of his efforts to fight AIDS and poverty
in Africa. I told him that as a ONE member I had called my own senators
many times to ask them to sign on to many of his letters and amendments
that would boost aid for the developing world. He thanked me and put on
the ONE band right before he sat down for lunch.

You can see the ONE band on Senator Brownback as he spoke with New
Hampshire voters.

I suppose that Sen. Brownback will be back in New Hampshire soon and
when he does, he will hear again from ONE members that fighting AIDS and
poverty in Africa is an issue that Americans care about. It will be a
long primary eason, but the ONE Campaign will be heard by all the candidates.
